For an ambitious family, just a farm market wasn't enough, so, in 2010, Cameron and Cathy found themselves adding on to their building to make room for making and selling homemade ice cream and baked sweets. All of their ice cream and pastries are made with real fruit grown at the Berry World, giving it an amazing flavor that makes for an unforgettable experience. Cameron and Cathy expanded their building after a family trip to North Carolina in 2010. They visited some farms similar to theirs while on the trip, and discovered the process they use to make their ice cream. After they finished their building expansion and got the necessary equipment they began making their home-made ice cream with fruit from their farm, along with baked goods such as pies, fudge, pastries and fried pies.
